Southern Valuers is a leading valuation firm in regional NSW, built on extensive experience, advanced industry technology and a goal to understand and meet our client’s expectations.
In January 2009 Valuers Illawarra changed its name to Southern Valuers Pty Ltd trading as Southern Valuers Opteon, to reflect our ongoing expansion. We have retained the same ABN, ACN, shareholding and directors.
We are based in Wollongong and almost half our work is done in the Macarthur (Camden/Campbelltown), Southern Highlands and Shoalhaven areas. We have now opened serviced offices in Narellan and Nowra.
In July 2008 Valuers Illawarra became a full member of the Opteon Property Group, a co-operative of well established valuers providing a wide range of valuation and consultancy services throughout Australia. We retain our independence and have access to national industry, strategic partnerships and a new range of property service products and state of the art technology platforms.
